We are highly experienced in tendering for all types of commercial painting projects ranging from a few thousand to £1M plus and offer painting contractors that unique combination of quantity surveying plus an in-depth knowledge of the painting and decorating industry.
All you need to do is send us the project tender documentation by e-mail (for electronic drawing files) or post. We will inspect the documents and provide you with a very competitive fixed fee for carrying out the “take off”, producing a bill of quantities and/or costing the project. If this fee is acceptable, we will then proceed with the works. However, should you choose not to proceed NO cost is incurred.
We offer a nationwide service for carrying out ‘on site’ re-measures. If a project was originally tendered to a main contractor’s bill of quantities, on completion of the project, you may feel that the project was ‘under measured’. In this situation we can visit site and carry out a full re-measure of your works to assist you with your final account claim.
